📣 (23rd December 2020): We received an update from our shipping carriers in the United Kingdom (FedEx, TNT, YODEL and Royal Mail) that there will be a delay in delivery of some orders fulfilled on or after 10th December 2020. This comes as a result of the continuing uncertainty regarding the new COVID strain regulations and holiday season. Even though your orders might face a minor delay in standard delivery, our logistics team is trying their best to make sure that all orders get delivered in shortest time without fail. Our team sincerely apologise to you for the inconvenience caused by this issue, but we expect your valuable support in this matter. Note: All working days include Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. Due to high transit times, it takes 14-28 days for the standard delivery of packages sent to a few cities around the world, especially in the United Arab Emirates. We have been working with over 50+ global shipping carriers including the USPS, Royal Mail, Yodel UK, TNT, Netherlands Postal, Australian Postal, and others since our major production houses are located in Asia. Our company has been dealing with fulfillment centers in the United States and the United Kingdom to reduce the standard delivery time to 2-5 business days. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, some of the orders are fulfilled from the international production house via our trusted shipping carriers.
