We have an internal team connecting with our trusted shipping carriers on a day-to-day basis, thereby making sure that everything goes well with the shipment process. Our team will assist you throughout the shipment phase until the package gets delivered to your doorstep successfully.

In case if there is any delay in standard delivery of your order due to unexpected reasons beyond our control such as customs or postal delays, our support team will keep you updated beforehand to avoid even a minor chance of miscommunication.

Note: Due to COVID-19 impact, we have seen that some countries/cities are charging import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees since 15th March 2020. It is quite strange because we have never faced this issue ever since we are serving our lovely customers for over 8 months. Please note that these additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Kindly check with your country's customs office to determine these costs prior to buying the product from us. However, if you have purchased the product from Calming Pet without knowing these additional charges, please contact our customer support team at support@calmingpet.co and we will help you with the right solution immediately.

LATEST UPDATE (5th March 2020): We have been facing shipments delay due to COVID-19 issues happening globally. There are temporary restrictions imposed by American and European countries on airlines and this impacted the delivery timeline of all new orders placed after 3rd March 2020. As per the latest information, some orders will be delayed by 2-4 business days than the normal time frame. We appreciate your support on this matter.

However, if you are in urgent need of a pet mattress for your canine and placed the order with us already, please contact our customer support team at support@calmingpet.co before the shipment and we will cancel your order immediately. It is our responsibility to ensure that your pet remains comfortable with our service too!

In case if there's any issue with the delivery process, our team will update you the details via e-mail/call and help you with the recommended solution. Please note that we will issue a full-refund for your order in case of non-delivery.

REMARKS: All working days include Monday-Friday excluding public holidays. Due to high transit times, it takes 14-28 days for the standard delivery of packages sending to a few cities around the world, especially in United Arab Emirates. We have been working with over 50+ global shipping carriers including the USPS, Royal Mail, Yodel UK, Netherlands Postal, Australian Postal and others because our major production houses are located in Hong Kong and China. We have also introduced a warehouse in the United Kingdom to reduce the standard delivery time to 2-4 business days.
