#1. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
Once your order has been placed successfully, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email along with an order number. This is how we will process your order. If you fail to receive the order confirmation email due to any technical issues, please contact our 24/7 active customer support team and we'll help you out right away.
#2. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Each calming pet bed must be made matching our standard quality metrics, which takes extensive time and resources to ensure it’s done successfully. For this reason, we kindly request our customers cancel any unwanted orders within six hours of purchasing. Unfortunately, if the order has already been processed and shipped from our warehouse, we cannot accept the request for any cancellation.

Our team works hard to ensure each calming pet bed, along with other products, go through a rigorous process when being fulfilled at our warehouse to check for quality. However, we all know things happen and sometimes, packages may get damaged before even reaching your doorstep.
If your product has been delivered defective, we will be happy to assist you with any returns backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
