#1. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
Once your order has been placed successfully, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email with an order number. Your order gets processed this way. If you fail to receive the order confirmation e-mail due to any technical issue, please contact our 24/7 active customer support team and we'll help you out immediately.
#2. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
You may cancel your order by connecting our support team at email@example.com. We are manufacturing our product based on the number of orders receiving every 48 hours - it costs us time as well as resources to build a mattress matching the quality metrics. Hence we kindly request our customers to cancel their orders within 6 hours since completing their purchase with us. If the order has already been processed and shipped from our warehouse, you cannot cancel it.

Note that the customer is ultimately responsible for payment to reship the item(s).

#8. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
It is true that every calming pet bed and other product(s) get fulfilled from our production/warehouse after a thorough quality check process. However, nothing is bulletproof as the package(s) may get damaged, rarely, when it is on the way to your doorstep.
If the product delivered has any defects, we are extremely happy to assist you with the returns through our 30-day money back guarantee policy.
Note: We don't support refunds due to defects on products caused by customers.
